Bournemouth International Centre
The Association for Palliative Medicine of Great Britain and Ireland (APM) and the Palliative Care Research Society (PCRS), in association with the Palliative Care Congress (PCC) will be hosting the APM’s Annual Supportive and Palliative Care Conference 2018 (ASP Conference) at the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) from 15-16 March 2018.
The Conference promotes evidence-based compassionate care through the presentation and discussion of new research findings, showcasing new approaches to patient care and “state of the art” approaches to common palliative care problems. As well as the multi professional academic programme, the Conference will feature many practical workshops, as well as updates on political and ethical issues relating to the specialty of Supportive & Palliative Care.
The varied programme should ensure a high number of delegates from all the different disciplines and sectors, including doctors, nurses and allied health professionals from academia, primary care, secondary care and the third sector.
Annual Supportive and Palliative Care Conference 2018 will feature 4 plenary speakers, 6 masterclasses, 27 exhibitors and over 500 delegates.
Details of lectures, workshops, masterclasses and booking information can be found on the Conference website.
